With WorldEdit or FastAsyncWorldEdit, put the .schem file in plugins/WorldEdit/schematics, run //schem load <name>, stand where you want it and run //paste.
How do I use a Minecraft world download?
Unzip the world into your saves folder for single player, or replace your server's world folder (with the server stopped) to use it on a server.
What is a Litematica file?
Litematica is a client mod that shows a build as a hologram so you can rebuild it block by block, or paste it in creative. Its files end in .litematic.
