MARKETPLACE RULES
AssetMC Marketplace Rules
These rules keep AssetMC useful and safe for creators and customers. They supplement the Terms of Use, Creator Terms, and End User License Agreement.
Respect the community
Treat creators, customers, reviewers, and staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam, and attempts to evade moderation are not allowed.
Publish only work you can distribute
You must own your resource or have permission to distribute every included file and asset. Stolen, leaked, copied, or pirated content is prohibited.
Keep resources safe
- Do not include malware, backdoors, credential theft, destructive code, unauthorized cryptomining, or undisclosed data collection.
- Disclose required dependencies, network connections, license checks, and material technical limitations.
- Review and customer files must represent the same product, apart from disclosed protection or obfuscation differences.
Describe products honestly
Listings must accurately describe features, compatibility, dependencies, installation, support, licensing, and known limitations. Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, sales, downloads, categories, or tags.
Follow licenses and platform policies
Customers must not redistribute files, share license keys, bypass protections, or use resources beyond their granted license. Creators and customers must follow applicable law and relevant Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, and provider policies.
Use payments and refunds honestly
Fraud, chargeback abuse, false refund claims, payment evasion, and attempts to move an AssetMC transaction off-platform deceptively are prohibited. Legitimate disputes should be raised through Support.
Report problems responsibly
Use Support to report unsafe files, infringement, scams, or serious listing problems. Include relevant evidence and do not publish private information or launch harassment campaigns.
Enforcement
AssetMC may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, stores, products, reviews, licenses, or access when needed to protect users, enforce marketplace policies, or comply with law. Serious security, fraud, or infringement cases may receive immediate action.
