TERMS OF USE

AssetMC Terms of Use

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using AssetMC, including its marketplace, accounts, purchases, downloads, creator stores, support tools, and related services. By creating an account or using AssetMC, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. Who can use AssetMC

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. AssetMC is not directed to children under 13.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may sign in with a password or a supported third-party identity provider. You must not create accounts for fraud, impersonate another person, evade enforcement, sell accounts, or access another person's account without permission.

3. How AssetMC works

AssetMC provides technology for independent creators to publish digital resources and for customers to obtain them. Unless AssetMC is expressly identified as the creator, the creator—not AssetMC—owns, describes, maintains, and supports the resource. AssetMC may review listings, process or facilitate payments, issue access records, moderate disputes, and enforce marketplace policies.

4. Buying and receiving resources

Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may apply. Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout; AssetMC does not store full payment-card details.

Paid access begins after the payment provider confirms payment. Free resources may be downloaded without an account. If checkout asks you to consent to immediate digital delivery, your confirmation requests supply before any statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the disclosed effect on that right. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

5. Resource licenses

A purchase or free download grants a limited license, not ownership of the resource. The AssetMC End User License Agreement and any clearly disclosed product-specific terms apply. Product-specific terms may grant additional rights but may not remove mandatory legal rights or contradict these Terms without AssetMC's written approval.

6. Creator obligations

Creators must follow the Creator Terms of Service, accurately describe compatibility and requirements, own or control all necessary rights, deliver safe files, disclose relevant dependencies, and provide the support they promise. AssetMC may inspect, reject, unpublish, or remove resources to protect users or comply with law.

7. What you cannot do

  • Malware, backdoors, credential theft, destructive code, unauthorized cryptomining, or attempts to bypass platform security.
  • Stolen, leaked, pirated, infringing, deceptive, illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, artificial sales or ratings, review manipulation, spam, scraping that burdens the service, or unauthorized automated access.
  • Redistributing purchased files, bypassing license controls, sharing license keys, or using a resource beyond its granted license.
  • Misusing Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, or another party's names, assets, services, or intellectual property, or falsely claiming their endorsement.

8. Reviews and other content

Content you submit must be truthful, relevant, and lawful. You retain ownership of your content but grant AssetMC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the marketplace. You may remove content where the product permits, but operational, transaction, moderation, or legal records may be retained.

9. Intellectual-property complaints

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing content through Support with identification of the protected work, the disputed material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and evidence of authority. AssetMC may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report and may request additional information or a creator response.

10. Third-party services

AssetMC may connect to payment, identity, Discord, storage, email, and licensing providers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. AssetMC is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, decision, suspension, or policy change, but will use reasonable efforts to preserve accurate marketplace records and provide available remedies.

11. Account restrictions and termination

AssetMC may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, stores, listings, licenses, or access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, policy violations, payment disputes, or protection of users. Serious or urgent risks may be acted on without advance notice. You may delete your account in Account settings, subject to retention of records required for purchases, fraud prevention, disputes, and law.

12. Availability and changes

AssetMC may update, maintain, limit, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where practical, material changes that negatively affect paid access will be announced in advance or accompanied by a reasonable alternative.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetMC and creator resources are provided on an “as available” basis. AssetMC does not guarantee that every third-party resource will meet your needs, remain compatible with future software, or be free from every defect. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetMC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. AssetMC's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid through AssetMC for that transaction during the twelve months before the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Responsibility for claims

If your content, conduct, store, or resource causes a third-party claim because you violated these Terms, infringed rights, or broke applicable law, you agree—where legally permitted—to defend and reimburse AssetMC for reasonable resulting losses and costs. This does not apply to the extent AssetMC caused the claim through its own unlawful conduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the AssetMC operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, contact Support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available.

17. General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective and the provision will be limited only as necessary. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without permission; AssetMC may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the service while preserving applicable rights.

18. Updates and contact

AssetMC may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or commercial changes. The updated date will be shown above, and material changes will be communicated where required. Questions, notices, and disputes may be submitted through the Support page.
